1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and legal compliance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery items)

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Medicine, healthcare, or consumables once opened

  • Items with tampered packaging

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the Website

3. Return Window

You must raise a return request within:

  • 24 hours for fresh, perishable, or temperature-sensitive items

  • 48 hours for all other eligible products

Requests beyond these timelines may not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to My Orders on MedNStore.com

  2. Select the product and click Request Return

  3. Upload images or videos showing the issue (if required)

  4. Submit the request for review

Our support team will assess the claim and schedule a pickup if approved.


5. Pickup & Inspection

  • Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories (if applicable).

  • Pickup will be arranged at the delivery address whenever possible.

  • Our delivery partner or quality team may inspect the product at pickup.

  • If the item is found to be used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing parts, the return may be rejected.


6. Refunds for Returned Items

Once the returned item passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or wallet balance, depending on your choice.

  • Refund processing time: 2–7 business days after inspection approval.

  • COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or wallet.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Product category eligibility

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.


8. Order Cancellation

If you cancel before the order is packed or shipped:

  • A full refund will be issued.

If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.


9. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Returns due to:

  • Wrong address entered

  • Customer not available

  • Refusal to accept delivery
